Viognier is an aromatic and full flavoured, ripe, rich and long lasting, an exciting new variety from the northern part of the Rhone Valley in France. Apricot and passionfruit with undertones of toasty oak.

Carrick Chardonnay 2008 (Central Otago)
A subtle mix of stone fruit, nectarine and white peach aromas, with hints of sweet ground almonds and toasted oak. The vanilla and primary fruit characters complement the well balanced natural acidity, leaving the wine with a long creamy finish.

Kapiti Kikorangi Blue
Stunning triple cream cheese with a golden curd and rich buttery texture marbled with dense blue veining. Its aroma and flavour develop as it ripens to create a smoother, more delectable taste.

Kapiti Aorangi Brie
A double cream Brie with a soft, silken texture covered in snowy white rind. Aorangi has a rich milky taste, with just a hint of earthiness and mushrooms.
