Cocktail Descriptions:

Taka-Tini:
Vodka, Malibu, Midori and lime juice shaken and served in a blue caracao sprayed martini glass create a delightful Pacific flavor in this coconut based Martini. Garnished with a twist of lime.

Manhattan Cocktail:
Bourbon, Vermouth Rosso, Maraschino cherry juice served with a Maraschino cherry in a rocks glass with ice.

White Lady:
Gin, triple sec and lime juice shaken and poured into a martini glass. Garnished with a lime.

Madras:
Vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice built and garnished with an orange slice.

Pink Cloud:
Vodka, Baileys with two sliced strawberries and cream. Shaken and served in a martini glass and garnished with a strawberry.

Takapuna Sunrise:
Tequila, orange juice, grenadine syrup carefully layered to expose the beauty of a Takapuna Sunrise.

Long Island Ice Tea:
Bacardi, Vodka, Gin, Triple sec, Tequila, lime juice and coke will help you celebrate the love for this Long Island of New Zealand.

Strawberry Daiquiri:
Strawberry schnapps, light Rum, lime juice and strawberries blended to a cool satisfying icy slush.

Illusion:
Vodka, midori, triple sec, Malibu and pineapple juice shaken together into a Martini glass with a maraschino cherry in the bottom of the glass.

Amaretto Sour:
Amaretto, sugar syrup and lemon juice will leave you with a leaguering taste of sophisticated almond and lemon.
